What he writes from

Figures from his own machines are marked "From our route": what a smart cooler cost, what it sells in a month at a gym, product and card-fee costs, a location's commission, and what a locator charges per placement. Every other price, fee, and rule links to the page it came from.

The methodology page explains how figures are worked out, and thedisclosure page covers how the site makes money.
