365 Retail Markets listed the PicoCooler Vision at $7,929 and the Stockwell 2.0 at $8,259 in its webstore feed on October 3, 2026 (365 webstore1). The PicoCooler Vision and Stockwell product pages themselves show “Add to Cart for Price” (PicoCooler Vision5, Stockwell6). The only 365 cooler with published monthly fees is the CV Vantage, at $5,900 on the Cantaloupe store8.
365 is based in Troy, Michigan (36529). Since May 2026 it also owns Cantaloupe; Cantaloupe vending covers the readers and Smart Stores that came with it.

Prices come from 365’s standalone1, add-on2, PicoMarket/PicoCooler3 and Avanti kiosk4 feeds, and the CV Vantage from the Cantaloupe store8. 365’s CV Vantage page7 gives its SKU as PV-IMB-STD and links the Imbera spec sheet. We did not find a price for the MM6 kiosks.
The original PicoCooler is a lock and checkout screen fitted to a cooler from Due North (formerly Minus Forty), CoolBlu, True or Imbera. The operator buys the cooler from its manufacturer, installs the Pico device, and calls the manufacturer for cooler repairs (PicoCooler FAQ19).
Fees
- CV Vantage: Max Aware service at $10 a month “plus applicable overage fees”, a subscription fee of “5% per month, with a $25 minimum and $199 maximum”, and 5.95% processing (Cantaloupe store8). The page does not say what the 5% is charged on.
- PicoCooler Vision, Stockwell and the kiosks: not published. 365’s financial FAQ21 names the fee types without amounts: a processing fee on card and account sales taken from the weekly disbursement, a monthly administrative fee per kiosk, and a monthly software subscription that is either fixed or based on location sales.
- Age verification: each CLEAR check carries a cost; 365 does not publish the amount (age verification FAQ15).
365 is the merchant of record for all deployments (kick-off call guide20). In the US the processor is Heartland (Stockwell FAQ14), operators are paid by weekly ACH (PicoCooler FAQ19), and shoppers’ statements in the US, Canada and Mexico show “365 Markets” or “365 Retail” (PicoCooler Vision FAQ9).
Micromart, a competitor, lists 365’s software at “$90+ per month” and processing at 5.75% for the PicoCooler Vision and Stockwell (Micromart30). The same page puts the hardware at $7,800 and $7,950, below 365’s own feed prices. Treat its figures as a rival’s claims. Smart cooler monthly fees compares other platforms.
How the vision coolers charge
The shopper unlocks the door with a card or the 365Pay app, takes items, and closes the door. Cameras on the PicoCooler Vision record the session and AI works out what was taken. 365’s spec sheet and FAQ say five cameras; its sales sheet says four and the webstore SKU is PV-MAX-4CAM (PicoCooler Vision FAQ9, webstore5). Stockwell 2.0 uses nine cameras (Stockwell FAQ14). The system learns each product from sales; 365 says about 100 transactions per item are needed before training is complete. Email receipts typically arrive in 5 to 10 minutes. With no connection, the cabinet will not unlock.
When the AI’s confidence is low, a 365 reviewer watches the video. 365’s sales sheet says “Customers aren’t charged unless the AI is confident” and that transactions are stored for 30 days (sales pager12).
Some sales need the operator. 365 says about 3% of transactions need manual input and that flagged transactions are resolved within 24 to 48 hours (flagged transactions guide10). An email lists the devices with flags, and each transaction page shows the video and the reason:
- Item Cannot Be Determined: the operator identifies the item and clicks Mark as Resolved; 365’s review team then charges it.
- Item Not In Planogram: the operator adds the item to the shelf map, then resolves.
- No Planogram: the operator sets up a shelf map for the device.
- Restocker Video: a driver restocked without using the 365Ops app.
- Possible Theft/Fraud: the operator can download the video for the authorities. It is kept for 30 days.
If nobody reviews them, 365 warns of a “risk of losing flagged transactions”.
365 requires products taller or wider than 4 inches; its unsupported examples are a 5-hour Energy shot and a pack of Extra gum. Fresh food without distinguishable packaging is not supported (item selection11). AI vending machines covers the limits camera coolers share.
Pre-authorization holds
All 365 controlled-access devices ship with a $10.00 hold. Operators can change it in ADM; the minimum is $1.00. 365 suggests the average item price times two, rounded up to the nearest $5 (PicoCooler Vision FAQ9), and $100 on age-verified alcohol coolers (age verification FAQ15). An unlocked PicoCooler has no hold (pre-auth article13).
In the US and Canada, if the basket costs more than the hold, 365 attempts an incremental authorization, and the operator “accepts all risks associated with declined transactions”. Elsewhere the card is charged no more than the hold (Stockwell FAQ14). Pre-authorization holds compares other brands.
Age verification, EBT and cash
Stockwell and PicoCooler Vision can sell age-restricted products. The shopper scans a QR code and verifies with CLEAR using a selfie and a photo ID, then pays. 365 kiosks do not support it (age verification FAQ15). To switch it on, the operator signs an alcohol disclaimer form; hours of operation can lock the cabinet outside legal selling times (setup guide16).
SNAP EBT works only on MM6 and MM6 Mini kiosks with a Castles U1F PIN pad, after the operator completes government certification (EBT article17). The vision coolers stay locked until a cashless payment is pre-authorized (Imbera spec sheet23). Of the kiosks in the feeds, the PicoMarket Plus, the Avanti Aux Kiosk Plus and the X2F Executive Kiosk list bill validators.

From 365’s spec sheets for the PicoCooler Vision22, Vision Max24, Imbera model23 and Stockwell25. 365’s spec sheet and FAQ say the PicoCooler Vision has five cameras; its sales sheet says four and the webstore SKU is PV-MAX-4CAM (webstore5). The cooler body is a Due North 22-USGR. One payment screen runs up to three bays, and only ambient add-ons are supported (variants FAQ26).
Warranty, financing and ordering
Every 365 component has at least a one-year warranty from the ship date. Extended cover exists only for kiosks: $100 per PicoMarket for two more years, $499 per MM6 or MM6 Mini for two more years, chosen at purchase (warranty guide18). A PicoCooler device is replaced whole, never by component (PicoCooler FAQ19).
The CV Vantage has three ways to pay on the Cantaloupe store8:
- 3+9 plan: $0 down, nothing for three months, then nine payments “starting at” $555 a month ($595 with pushers), with the final amount set in a quote. “No interest, no markup.”
- Lease-to-own: $495 down, then from $159.99 a month ($169.99 with pushers) for 36 months; the cooler is yours after the last payment.
- Direct purchase: Net 30.
It needs an existing Cantaloupe account, orders are subject to credit approval, and nothing ships until onboarding is done, “which can take up to 3 weeks”. Financing for the other models is not published. A PicoCooler Vision cannot be self-provisioned; 365 sets each one up from a deployment request form (PicoCooler Vision FAQ9).
Cantaloupe and the FTC order
On May 1, 2026, the FTC announced a proposed consent order on 365’s $848 million acquisition of Cantaloupe. It calls 365 “the nation’s largest provider of micromarket kiosks” (FTC27). Under the order:
- 365 sells Cantaloupe’s Three Square Market kiosk business to Seaga Manufacturing.
- 365 must offer integrations between its software and hardware “on reasonable and non-discriminatory terms”, and a monitor is notified if it raises fees for existing integrations.
- For 10 years, 365 must notify the FTC before buying into any US micromarket kiosk company.
Cantaloupe’s 8-K28 gives May 8, 2026 as the closing date, at $11.20 a share in cash. 365 announced the completion on May 11 and said the combined business operates under the 365 name (36529).
